المملكة: Urgent: The Water Authority imposes 130 thousand riyals in fines against two facilities
Issued Saudi Water Authority Two decisions violating the provisions of the water system against two facilities, after completing the monitoring and verification work and proving the violations in the system, according to what was stated in the publication decisions.
Resolution No. (2159) ruled to fine the Renad Rivers International Factory an amount of (100,000) riyals, for its violation of connecting to the Wateris unregulated in Yanbu Governorate, with him bearing the full costs of repairing the damage he caused, and compensating for lost benefits.
Reducing violating practices
Resolution No. (3012) fined the Hassan Jaber Muhammad Al-Alawi Contracting Establishment an amount of (30,000) riyals, for its violation of violating the manhole cover of the sewage network, by pumping water of unknown origin into the network in the Yanbu Governorate. Jeddah, bearing the full costs of repairing the damage it caused.
The authority confirmed that these measures come within the framework of its supervisory powers and the application of the provisions of the water system and its executive regulations, in a way that enhances the protection of water infrastructure and limits violating practices.
