The King expressed great satisfaction that Trump, his wife Melania, and the other guests were not exposed to any harm.
The British Ambassador to the United States, Christian Turner, indicated that Trump is very excited about this visit, in which he reciprocates the warm reception he received in the United Kingdom last year.

Visit Program

The program includes Trump and Melania hosting the royal visitors for tea, followed by a tour to see the beehives in the White House.

King Charles III will strive to avoid the tension between London and Washington casting a shadow over the atmosphere. The visit was carefully organized, but his task will not be easy.
He must avoid fueling widespread criticism in the United Kingdom for this visit, which does not enjoy popular consensus, and not give the impression that it is an attempt to appease Trump.
The king also has an implicit task, which is to win over the American president who is dissatisfied with several matters, the most important of which is the reservations of the Labor government in Britain about the war that the United States and Israel launched against Iran in February.
In addition to attacking Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Trump disturbed the special relationship with Britain by criticizing the British army and navy, and he also belittled the sacrifices made by the British when they fought alongside the Americans in Afghanistan.
