Abdulaziz bin Humaid reviews the report on real estate projects in Ajman in the first quarter

Ajman, April 30 / WAM / Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, reviewed the real estate projects report for the first quarter, which includes the actual and planned completion rates for registered, completed and under construction projects and the status of progress in implementation compared to the approved timetable.

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi confirmed, during a meeting with department officials, that Ajman continues its rapid pace of growth, and has become a modern city and a strategic hub for business and investment, especially in the real estate field, thanks to the integrated real estate strategy adopted by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, for a sustainable real estate sector characterized by transparency and innovation, and based on the visions of customers and strategic partners.

He appreciated the efforts of the work teams, noting that the department seeks to build a competitive real estate market based on technology and innovation that contributes to enhancing the quality of life in real estate projects and residential complexes, and consolidates the position of Ajman as a modern city that provides all means of luxury and comfort to the population, in a way that suits the needs and aspirations of the various segments of society.

For his part, His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, explained that the number of projects registered during the first quarter of 2026 reached 6 projects, while 2,149 real estate units were registered.

Al Muhairi stressed the department’s keenness to organize the work of real estate development companies and follow up on the progress of projects in innovative and unconventional ways that ensure speed and efficiency in performance.
