المملكة: Launching an initiative "It is difficult to follow" To donate blood at King Khalid University Hospital


Inaugurated the head King Khalid University Dr. Faleh bin Raja Allah Al-Sulami, in the presence of the Director General of the General Administration of Technical and Vocational Training in the Asir Dr. Ahmed bin Ayed Al Marei, today, the higher education campaign (universities – technical and vocational training) within an initiative "It is difficult to follow" To donate blood, at the headquarters of the University Hospital in the University City of Al-Fara’a.
King Khalid University indicated that this initiative comes in line with the initiative of His Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister – may God protect him -, and as an extension of the directives of His Highness the Emir of the Asir region, Chairman of the Development Authority, in a way that embodies the solidarity and compassion that characterizes the nation’s people, and enhances the culture of giving and social responsibility.

The readiness of the donation sites

Al-Salami was briefed during The inauguration highlighted the readiness of the donation sites through a field tour in the medical city in the branch, which included blood bank sites and donation sites, in addition to a meeting with employees and donors, which reflects the integration of efforts to make the campaign a success and achieve its goals.

In the same context, the campaign was launched at the University of Bisha, as a blood donation campaign was organized at the university headquarters, within the framework of promoting social responsibility and consolidating the culture of humanitarian work.

The campaign continues until May 31

The campaign continues at King Khalid University during the period Until May 31, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the university city in Al-Fara’a, through the blood bank at the university hospital, or through the blood donation cart next to the university oasis.
