The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses the Kingdom’s condemnation and denunciation in the strongest terms of the Iranian targeting of civilian and economic facilities in the UAE.
RIYADH, 5 May / WAM / The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia expressed the Kingdom’s condemnation and denunciation in the strongest terms of the Iranian targeting – via missiles and drones – of civilian and economic facilities in the sisterly United Arab Emirates and of a tanker belonging to an Emirati company.
The ministry said in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency tonight: “The Kingdom affirms its support for the sisterly United Arab Emirates in the measures it is taking to preserve its sovereignty, security and territorial integrity, and calls on the Islamic Republic of Iran to stop these attacks and adhere to the principles of international law and relevant Security Council resolutions and respect the principles of good neighbourliness.”
