المملكة: "Interior"A fine of 50 thousand riyals and 6 months imprisonment for anyone who transports violators of Hajj regulations
Confirmed Ministry of Interior, that anyone caught transporting violators of Hajjwithout a permit from citizens and residents will be punished with a fine of up to 50,000 riyals, imprisonment for a period of up to 6 months, a demand to confiscate the means of land transportation by a judicial ruling, and the deportation of the violating carrier if he is an expatriate after implementing the penalty and preventing him from entering the Kingdom according to the periods specified by law, stressing that obtaining A regular Hajj permit is a basic condition for performing the Hajj.
The Ministry of the Interior called on everyone to adhere to the instructions regulating the Hajj season this year 1447 AH, and to cooperate with the competent authorities to achieve the security and safety of the guests of God, and that violating these instructions exposes the perpetrators to regular penalties.
The Ministry called for violators to be reported via the number 911 in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Sharqiya, The number is 999 in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions.
Any citizen or resident who transports violators of Hajj regulations and instructions will be punished with a fine of up to (50,000) riyals, imprisonment for a period of (6) months, and deportation if he is an expatriate.
