Haramain Express Train Fleet

The Haramain Express Train Fleet includes (35) trains with a capacity of (417) seats for each train, and is characterized by being free of carbon emissions, making it an environmentally friendly option, in addition to its contribution to reducing pressure on the road network and enhancing transportation safety.

While the train operates on a route extending for about (453) kilometers, and it is considered one of the ten fastest passenger trains in the world with an operating speed of up to (300) kilometers per hour, as it covers the distance between Mecca and Medina in about two hours.

The Haramain Express train connects five main stations, including Mecca, Medina, Jeddah Main Station (Sulaimaniyah), King Abdullah Economic City Station, and King Abdulaziz International Airport Station.
