المملكة: Under the guidance of the Emir of Mecca and his deputy… a workshop was held for field commanders to raise the readiness for the Hajj season 1447 AH
Under the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Khaled Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Emir of the Makkah Province President of Hajj season 1447 AH.
The workshop was organized by the Hajj Projects Management Office (Haj PMO) in the Program for Serving the Guests of God, to enhance integration and harmonization between the various field leaders responsible for serving the guests of the Holy House of God.
Operational challenges
The report explained that the workshop aims to raise the efficiency of coordination and direct communication between the relevant authorities, in a way that supports proactive work. And accelerating the treatment of operational challenges in the field.
The Center stated that these efforts seek to achieve the highest levels of readiness and integration, and to ensure the provision of exceptional services worthy of the guests of God, by building a common understanding of roles and responsibilities and developing real-time communication channels between leaders in the field.
Annual Platform
The Center indicated that this workshop comes as an extension of the tangible impact achieved by the previous version, as it has become an annual platform that brings together field leaders under one umbrella before launching Season.
The committee reported that this approach effectively contributed to enhancing field harmony, accelerating decision-making, and developing solutions to operational challenges, which reflects positively on the efficiency of overall field performance, in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in improving the Hajj and Umrah system.
