Because of the war, US inflation reaches its highest levels in 3 years

Record Inflation in the United States reached its highest levels in 3 years last April, with the repercussions extending War in Middle East.
The US Bureau of Labor Statistics reported – in a statement today – that the consumer price index rose last month by 3.8% on an annual basis, compared to 3.3% last March.
The data showed that energy prices in the United States rose by 17.9% during April compared to the previous year, recording the largest increase among all categories.

The office explained that core inflation, which excludes food and energy prices, reached 2.8% on an annual basis last month, compared to 2.6% last March.
