المملكة: June 2 is the deadline for correcting buildings.. and"Compliance certificate" Free and valid for 3 years

The Eastern Province Municipality called on building owners to quickly benefit from the second phase of the Building Compliance Certificate, and taking the initiative to correct the conditions of the buildings before the expiry of the corrective deadline specified on Dhu al-Hijjah 16, 1447 AH, corresponding to June 2, 2026.

The secretariat confirmed that the commitment to extract Building Compliance Certificate It contributes to enhancing the reliability of real estate projects, and raises the quality of urban facades, in addition to its role in maintaining public safety and improving the urban landscape in the cities and governorates of the region.

She explained that the certificate is granted free of charge and remains valid for three years, as part of the secretariat’s efforts to enhance compliance with municipal requirements and motivate property owners to correct violations and improve the quality of buildings.

The initiative comes within the objectives of Improving the urban environment and raising the level of compliance, which reflects positively on the quality of life and enhances sustainable urban development in the Eastern Region.
