The services include providing (4,700) wheelchairs in designated locations inside the mosque and its courtyards, which can be borrowed from the door management offices, and the specific service points.
Services for people with disabilities and the elderly in the Prophet’s Mosque
Also, electric carts that can accommodate several people, transporting more than (8,000) beneficiaries of the elderly and people with disabilities in the outer courtyards of the mosque. The Prophet’s Mosque in one day.
The system of services available to groups of people with disabilities and the elderly includes the establishment of prayer rooms in locations close to the main doors of the Prophet’s Mosque, equipped with paths designated for the entry of vehicles and wheelchairs.

Hajj Season
The field cadres of the General Authority for the Care of the Prophet’s Mosque, and volunteers, provide field efforts during the Hajj season to provide guidance and guidance services for persons with disabilities and the elderly to reach prayer halls and facilities.
The system of services includes providing Qur’ans in Braille for the blind, translation of sermons, and digital interactive maps on doors to guide them on how to benefit from Services available in the facilities of the Prophet’s Mosque.
7,500 field staff
