المملكة: 275 development licenses in Jeddah with revenues exceeding 42 million riyals during 2025

And declared The Secretariat, in a working paper presented as part of the forum’s work, issued 275 licenses for pioneering, investment and urban development projects during the year 2025, with total revenues amounting to 42 million riyals, while the land areas of these projects exceeded 55 million square meters, and their building areas reached more than 128 million square meters, providing more than 40 thousand units.

The secretariat discussed a number of pioneering projects in the governorate, most notably the Golden Triangle project in the Andalus neighborhood, the Summit Hotel project in the Corniche area, in addition to the Marina Central project, and the Raffles Aqua Tower project, in addition to a number of hotels and towers expected to be implemented in the city.

The secretariat’s pavilion witnessed the display of models of existing projects, including high-rise towers, hotels, and markets approved for the year 2025, in addition to the downtown Jeddah project and a number of urban development destinations that aim to enhance the quality of life and support urban development in the governorate.
