المملكة: Minister of Hajj and Umrah: We are preparing a Hajj plan for next year before the end of the current season

Confirm Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, that readiness The next Hajj season will begin early, before the end of the current season, within an integrated work system in which various government agencies, pilgrims’ affairs offices, and Hajj companies participate, with the aim of improving the services provided to the guests of God, and enhancing the efficiency of operational readiness.
This came during a dialogue session held on Wednesday, within the Health and Security in Hajj Forum, in its third edition, organized by the General Administration of Medical Services at the Ministry of Interior.
He explained that the work to prepare for the next Hajj season begins on the twelfth. From the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, by holding meetings with heads of Hajj affairs offices and companies working in serving pilgrims, and developing an integrated road map for preparations for the next season before the end of the current season.
A detailed plan for the Hajj season
The Minister of Hajj indicated that the Ministry began since last season to develop a detailed plan according to specific timetables in coordination with 78 countries, to ensure smooth business, and to follow up on various operational aspects related to the Holy Sites and housing in Mecca and Medina. Al-Munawwarah, transportation, catering and aviation services, in addition to holding periodic remote meetings with pilgrims’ affairs offices to follow up on readiness and implementation of plans.
He stated that the Hajj Projects Management Office of the Guests of God Service Programme, which works under the umbrella of the Supreme Hajj Committee and under the direct supervision of the Emirate of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, is responsible for receiving operational plans from more than 60 government agencies, including more than 600 plans related to Hajj work, and working to harmonize and integrate them to ensure harmony of efforts and the absence of intersections, and achieving the highest levels of readiness and coordination.
The best services for the guests of the Most Gracious
Al-Rabiah stressed that what has been achieved in the Hajj system represents a qualitative shift that came under the directives of the wise leadership – may God support it – and the follow-up of the Supreme Hajj Committee.
He pointed out that all parties are working today in the spirit of one team to achieve a common goal of providing the best services to the guests of the Most Gracious, and enabling them to perform their rituals with ease and reassurance.
/>He explained that the integration between the various parties contributed to developing the Hajj system and raising operating efficiency, in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the program for serving the pilgrims, and enhancing the Kingdom’s position and leadership in serving the pilgrims.
