المملكة: Makkah Al-Mukarramah.. The Minister of the Interior reviews the readiness of the Hajj security forces
His Royal Highness Endowmentbin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee, stressed on Thursday the readiness of the Hajj security forces to implement the field and organizational plans approved for this year’s Hajj season 1447 AH, during the annual ceremony organized by the forces participating in the Hajj in Mecca.

Preventive security plans
He explained that the Hajj security forces began implementing their tasks for this season through integrated preventive security plans, based on benefiting from previous experiences and anticipating various hypotheses and possibilities, in order to ensure the preservation of the security and safety of pilgrims in Mecca, the Holy Sites, and Medina, and along all the paths taken by the guests of God.
He pointed out that the Hajj security system operates according to the highest levels of readiness and field integration, supported by modern technologies and command and control centers, which enhances the speed of decision-making and raises the efficiency of coordination and response between the various parties participating in the Hajj work.
Pilgrimage Security
He also stressed that any attempt to politicize the Hajj, disrupt the security of pilgrims, or disturb their performance of their rituals will be stood firmly against, through the full readiness of the forces. Hajj security in implementing its approved plans.
The ceremony included the implementation of a number of security and field assumptions that reflected the level of readiness and operational capabilities of the participating forces, in addition to a review of the security mechanisms and equipment and modern technologies used during the Hajj season, and the participation of security aviation and vehicles supporting field missions.
The ceremony was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Emir of the Medina Region, Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah in the Emirate of the Medina Region, and His Royal Highness His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, and a number of Their Highnesses the princes, His Excellencies the ministers, members of the Supreme Hajj Committee, leaders of the security and military sectors, and a number of senior officials.
