The UAE delegation concludes its participation in the Global Security Forum "Globsk" 2026 in the Czech capital, Prague
Prague, May 24 / WAM / The high-level UAE delegation, headed by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, concluded its participation in the Global Security Forum “Globsek 2026”, which was held in the Czech capital, Prague, during the period from May 21 to 23.
During his presence in the Czech capital, Prague, His Highness hosted a strategic dialogue with a number of his European counterparts, during which views were exchanged on the latest regional and international developments, as well as ways to enhance joint cooperation between the UAE and Europe were discussed.
Other Emirati officials, including His Excellency Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Diplomatic Advisor to His Highness the President of the State, His Excellency Dr. Thani Al-Zeyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade, His Excellency Lana Zaki Nusseibeh, Minister of State, His Excellency Saeed bin Mubarak Al-Hajri, Minister of State, and His Excellency Omran Sharaf, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Science and Advanced Technology, participated in a number of forum sessions, and also held various bilateral meetings.
The UAE’s participation in the forum comes within the framework of the strategic partnership between the Globesec Forum and the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy.
This year witnessed the holding of the twenty-first session of the GlobeSec Forum, the leading international platform that brings together senior government officials, business leaders and experts to discuss pivotal issues related to security and resilience of global systems and anticipate the future of the global system.
