"Nidaa Foundation" Logistical support for the UAE Special Olympics 2026 Games
DUBAI, 4 JUNE / WAM / The Specialized Telecommunications Corporation “Nedaa”, the exclusive provider of secure communications networks approved by the Dubai Government, announced its participation as a logistical supporter for the UAE Special Olympics Games 2026, which will be hosted by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi during the period from 6 to 10 June 2026, with the participation of more than 1,000 male and female athletes of determination representing the UAE and a number of international and regional delegations.
Participation comes within the framework of Nedaa’s commitment to support national initiatives and community and sporting events that contribute to enhancing community integration and empowering people of determination, by providing a specialized, advanced and secure communications system that supports work teams, organizing committees and volunteers, and contributes to ensuring efficient coordination and smooth management of field operations throughout the competition period.
The Corporation will provide the specialized communications equipment and technical services necessary for the event, which will enhance the speed of communication and information exchange between the various participating parties, and contribute to supporting the success of this national sporting event.
The 2026 UAE Games, organized by the Special Olympics UAE, will witness wide participation by players of people of determination in a variety of sports competitions, reflecting the country’s interest in promoting inclusive sports and consolidating its position as a global platform for supporting and empowering people of determination in various fields.
Based on its role as a strategic partner in supporting national events, Nedaa harnesses its technical capabilities and specialized expertise to provide reliable and secure communications solutions that contribute to the success of national and community events, and enhance the efficiency of coordination between concerned parties.
His Excellency Mansour Juma Bu Asiba, Executive Director of the Specialized Communications Corporation – Nedaa, expressed the Corporation’s pride in participating in supporting the UAE Special Olympics 2026 Games, which represent a pioneering sports and humanitarian platform that reflects the UAE’s values in empowering people of determination and enhancing their integration into society.
He explained that the organization provides the event with communications solutions and technical services supporting the event, ensuring efficient communication between the various work teams and organizers.
