"Dubai Investments" The liquidity provision agreement is renewed with "xCube"

Dubai, June 12 / WAM / Dubai Investments announced the renewal of its agreement with xCube for an additional year, so that the latter, under this agreement, will continue its duties as a liquidity provider for Dubai Investments shares listed on the market.

xCube, as a liquidity provider, will continue to provide two-way quotes on an ongoing basis during trading hours, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and market rules.

This role aims to support regulated trading in Dubai Investments shares, and contribute to enhancing their liquidity and improving their tradability on the Dubai Financial Market.

Khalid Bin Kalban, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Investments, said: “The renewal of our agreement reflects Dubai Investments’ ongoing commitment to enhancing shareholder value, and that maintaining effective arrangements to provide liquidity is an essential part of its efforts to make share trading operations simpler and smoother, in addition to supporting market activity and enhancing investor confidence. He expressed his aspiration to continue this cooperation in line with best practices and regulatory standards adopted in the market.”

For his part, Saad Chalabi, CEO of xCube, said that the company is committed to contributing to enhancing the efficiency of the secondary market and increasing its activity, by providing two-way price offers on an ongoing basis, in accordance with regulatory requirements and approved market rules, pointing out that the renewal of the agreement reflects the confidence it enjoys in its capabilities and its continuing role in supporting listed companies, enhancing their presence in the market, and facilitating investors’ access to them.
