The Knowledge Society Program, which extends for ten months, aims to empower participating students from various Dubai schools with the latest smart tools, emerging technologies, and future skills, and to train them practically in a lively environment that simulates the atmosphere of work on designing and innovating solutions in international organizations, technology companies, and global research and development centers, and to open the door to opportunities for them by facilitating communication and interaction with a wide global network of mentors, experts, and specialists.
Alia Al Murr, Head of the Transformation and Partnerships Department at the Dubai Future Foundation, said that organizing this program for the second year in a row reflects the Foundation’s commitment to strengthening its local and global partnerships to empower young innovators and creators, encourage future talents to innovate practical solutions to pressing challenges using smart technologies, and consolidate Dubai’s position as a global talent center and support scientific research and design future sectors.
She added that the program witnessed a wide demand from students to participate in creating solutions to global challenges by taking advantage of the latest technology and its smart uses, an indication of the importance of the role of this program as a global platform that encourages creativity, supports those with promising talents, and makes them ambassadors for innovation and positive impact in their societies.
