The Ministry of Education warned that leaking And the procedural processes for the tests, that the school principal bears the primary responsibility for taking the necessary precautions for the safety of the questions, along with every employee or worker who has access to them by virtue of his work duties.

It indicated that breaching confidentiality includes explicit practices such as stealing questions or answer forms, collecting leftover papers to benefit from them, in addition to buying or selling them, or initiating any action that reveals the content before Test date.
The Ministry pointed out that alluding to the type and content of the questions, even if in a symbolic or indirect way, falls within clear violations of the confidentiality of the tests.
The warnings included practices that disrupt the workflow inside the halls, such as stealing a student’s answer sheet, hiding it, destroying it, or replacing or modifying it, in addition to facilitating cheating, lax monitoring, and not adhering to correction mechanisms.
The Ministry stressed that impersonating another person by entering a student instead of another is a violation that requires taking legal measures, stressing that these controls aim to achieve justice, equal opportunities, and credibility in measuring the academic achievement of all students.
