The UAE categorically denies media allegations about transferring money to Iran

Abu Dhabi, June 13 / WAM / The United Arab Emirates categorically denied what was reported in some international media regarding the transfer or transfer of any financial sums from the UAE to the Islamic Republic of Iran, including allegations related to the amount of $3 billion.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed, in a statement, that these allegations are incorrect and not based on any reliable facts or information, stressing that no frozen Iranian funds have been released, transferred, or transferred through the UAE.

The Ministry also called on the media to ensure accuracy and obtain information from its official sources, and not to circulate or publish undocumented information or allegations that lack credibility.
