The Ministry confirms that the professional transition of a health practitioner, and notifying his patients of the change in his practice location in a way that preserves continuity of care, is a legitimate right. It is guaranteed, but advertising health services must be in accordance with the requirements for regulating health advertisements, and through the approved legal channels, in a way that ensures compliance with the relevant controls and regulations, and maintains professionalism and transparency in the provision of health services.
