She pointed out the necessity of allocating the purpose of the trip to «Fishing”, to ensure that the request is processed and classified in accordance with the regulations governing this route.
Documenting maritime movement
She stressed that documenting maritime movement requires entering the voyage details very accurately in the third step.This data includes determining the sailing period, the timing of departure and return, in addition to choosing the starting anchorage and target fishing sites
.It was revealed that the fourth stage is concerned with completing the information of the voyage parties to ensure the integrity of the record before its approval.
The procedure requires the inclusion of data on the marine vessel and the equipment used, as well as identifying the captain and accompanying sailors.
She stated that the process concludes with a careful review of all entries and approval of the stipulated terms and conditions.
She explained that the completion of this step is followed by the immediate issuance of an automated permit, which enables fishermen to begin practicing their activity regularly..
