Cooperation between "together" And the Zayed Authority for People of Determination to expand the scope of community support

ABU DHABI, June 24 / WAM / The Community Contributions Authority – Together, the official government channel in Abu Dhabi for receiving social contributions, announced its cooperation with the Zayed Authority for People of Determination, to expand the scope of community support provided to people of determination and their families in various parts of Abu Dhabi, and to promote a culture of inclusion and inclusion for all members of society.

This cooperation comes within the framework of the Ma’an Authority’s efforts to enhance social impact in Abu Dhabi by mobilizing community contributions and enhancing cooperation between various sectors to create comprehensive opportunities for people of determination and facilitate their access to them, which in turn contributes to improving their quality of life and providing greater support to their families and caregivers.

The agreement was signed during a ceremony honoring the winners of the Abu Dhabi Excellence Award, organized by the Department of Community Development in Abu Dhabi, where it was agreed between the two parties to support people of determination in society through the “Caring for People of Determination” project, which aims to support children with autism and adults of determination by enabling them to access basic services that contribute to improving their quality of life.

The project includes thoughtful initiatives that allow people of determination to realize their full potential and live a more active and productive life, including early intervention activities and specialized education for children, and initiatives dedicated to people over the age of 18 that enhance their independence, social inclusion and life skills.

This partnership reflects the joint commitment between the two parties to develop a comprehensive and supportive system that allows people of determination to flourish as individuals and participate actively in society. It also emphasizes the importance of teamwork in achieving a meaningful and effective social impact in the long term.

His Excellency Abdullah Al Ameri, Director General of the Community Contributions Authority – Together, said that this cooperation reflects the role of the Community Contributions Authority – Together in unifying efforts and directing community contributions towards key social priorities in order to achieve a tangible and sustainable impact.

He stressed the importance of partnership between various entities to support people of determination and their families and enable them to access services and opportunities that contribute to enhancing their quality of life.

His Excellency Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary-General of the Zayed Authority for People of Determination, said that this partnership with the Community Contributions Authority – Together embodies an advanced model of integration between government agencies in employing resources and community contributions to achieve a sustainable impact in the lives of people of determination and their families.

He added that through the “Caring for People of Determination” project, we will continue to support specialized programs that include early intervention, education and rehabilitation, developing life skills, and promoting independence and community integration, in line with the Authority’s vision of enabling people of determination to actively participate in society and improve their quality of life.

The expanded cooperation between the Ma’an Authority and the Zayed Authority for People of Determination reflects a common interest in strengthening the organized support systems provided to people of determination, and ensuring that community contributions are directed towards programs that achieve clear and measurable results.

This cooperation contributes to supporting broader efforts aimed at encouraging the participation of individuals and institutions from the government and private sectors in supporting initiatives that enhance inclusion and raise the level of awareness of organized community giving.
