The Center revealed its methodology for designing the journey of a visitor with disabilities, starting from the planning and registration stage, all the way to the site of the event and movement within it.

Integrated Experience

The Center indicated that the methodology extends to the post-visit phase, to ensure the provision of an integrated experience that takes into account actual needs.

The Center explained the practices approved to raise the quality of the experience, represented by developing guides and organizational guidelines for events.

Field Studies

The Center indicated the application of tools to measure indicators of satisfaction and compliance, and the use of the results of field studies to continuously improve services.

The Center touched on its efforts directed at event organizers, with the aim of urging and supporting them to implement comprehensive accessibility paths.

It added that the work includes enhancing the readiness of human cadres, and supporting the employment of people with disabilities within the sector to build an environment Sustainable.

Exchanging experiences

This participation falls within the steps of the National Center for Events to exchange professional experiences with legislative and regulatory bodies.
