"Sharjah Arts" Reveals its program for the summer and fall of 2026

Sharjah, June 30 / WAM / The Sharjah Arts Foundation announced its program for the summer and fall of 2026, including art exhibitions, photography programmes, performances, cinema and artistic publishing, in addition to international participation of its holdings in cooperation with cultural institutions around the world.
The program includes holding the thirteenth session of the photography exhibition “Sharjah, Destination 13” during the period from August 8 to November 29 at the Photography Gallery, with the participation of six artists presenting new works commissioned by the Foundation.
The “Photographic Narratives Along the Coasts of the Gulf” exhibition continues in the Photography Gallery, and includes 165 photographs and archival documents from the collections of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, documenting aspects of the history of the Gulf and the coasts of the Indian Ocean.
The program also includes international exhibitions of the Foundation’s holdings at the Aranya Arts Center in Gwangju, and the Irish Museum of Modern Art in Dublin, in addition to organizing the fifth edition of “Sharjah Shows,” the ninth edition of “Sharjah Film Platform,” and the ninth edition of the “Meeting Point” art book fair in the coming months.
The Foundation’s summer program also continues through “Sharjah Radio Arts”, “Sunday Cinema Club”, and the continuation of the exhibition “Laila Majid and Inaam Zafar: Measures of the Body” until next September 20.
