المملكة: 15 years imprisonment and a fine of one million riyals… the penalty for facilitating the entry of border security violators
Detect , about the penalty for anyone who facilitates the entry of As follows:
- Prison for a period of up to 15 years.
- A fine of up to one million riyals.
- Confiscation of the means of transportation.
- Confiscation of housing that was specially prepared to house a border security violator or used for this purpose only. If the housing – the subject of the confiscation – belongs to someone else’s property, then he shall be punished with a fine of up to one million riyals.
- Defamation.
Punishment for anyone who facilitates the entry of border security violators into the Kingdom, transports them within it, employs them, provides them with shelter, or provides them with any assistance or service in any way.
Crime against honor
This crime is considered a major crime that requires arrest, and is against honor and trust.
Violators of the residency, work, and border security regulations can be reported by calling the two numbers: 911 in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiya. And 999 in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions.
