While the effect of Active winds that stir up dust and dust in parts of those areas, as well as in parts of the regions of Al-Jawf, the northern borders, Hail, Al-Qassim, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiya, extending to parts of the Najran region.
The opportunity is also still ripe for thunderstorm rains accompanied by active winds in parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, and Al-Baha, and the southern parts of the highlands of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
Red Sea
Surface winds: northerly West to westerly at a speed of 18-40 km/h over the northern and central part, and at a speed of 10-32 km/h reaching 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the southern part.
Wave height: from half a meter to one and a half meters over the northern and central part, and from half a meter to a meter reaching a height of more than two metres, with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the southern part.
Sea state: light to moderate waves over the southern part. The waves are light to wavy with the formation of rainy thunderclouds over the southern part.
Arabian Gulf
Surface winds: westerly to northwesterly at a speed of 25-42 km/h in the northern and central part, and northwesterly to southwesterly at a speed of 12-35 km/h in the southern part.
Wave height: from one to two meters in the northern and central part, and from half a meter to One and a half meters in the southern part.
Sea condition: moderate waves in the northern and central parts, and light to moderate waves in the southern part.
Eastern region weather
Note The National Center of Meteorology in its report on Weather from Heatwave and Wind is active and Raised dust on parts of the Eastern Province today, Tuesday.
The heat wave begins at 11 a.m. and continues until 5 p.m., in Al-Khafji, Al-Nairiya, Qaryat Al-Olayya, Al-Udayd, and Thabalutun.
It is accompanied by a rise in temperatures from (47 – 48) degrees Celsius.
Places of the Eastern Province are witnessing active winds and stirred dust from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
The wind warning includes: Jubail, Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, Qatif, and Ras Tanura.
The associated effects are: low horizontal visibility, high waves, and winds reaching speeds of (40 – 49) kilometers per hour.
While the dust warning includes Al-Ahsa, Al-Udayd, Abqaiq, Hafr Al-Batin, Al-Khafji, Al-Nairiya, and Qaryat Al-Olayya.
It is accompanied by active winds, and almost no horizontal visibility (1 – 3) kilometers.
