Austrian equestrian Katharina is a champion "Emirates Samorin" Great for show jumping

Bratislava, July 13, 2017 (WAM) – Austrian equestrian Katharina Romberg won the title of the Emirates Samorin Grand Prix Show Jumping Championship, which was held yesterday in partnership between the Emirates International Endurance Village, EIEV PULSE, and the Slovak Equestrian Federation, under the supervision of the International Equestrian Federation.

The tournament, which was hosted by Samorin Square in Slovakia, witnessed strong competition in the main Grand Prix race, with the participation of 50 world-class elite male and female riders, and its prizes were 60,000 euros.

The champion, with the horse “Culstus Cambridge”, won first place in the Grand Prix, with the specifications of the two rounds (a time trial round, with a time trial round, with hurdles 155 cm high), and the jockey Giuseppe Rulli with “Eiffel de Hous” came second, and the jockey Arne Van Heel came third with “Keton HV”.

The winners were crowned by Mohammed Ali Al Hadhrami, Director of Events at the Emirates International Endurance Village, Lara Sawaya, Executive Director of Marketing and Sponsorship at the Village and EIEV PULSE, and Hao Wang, General Manager of Changer.ae.
