"Women Dubai" My council is fired "effect" and"Youth Determination Elite" To empower people of determination and their families

DUBAI, July 13 / WAM / Al Nahda Women’s Association in Dubai, represented by the Department of Social and Health Activities within the “Tomouh” initiative, launched two new community councils, namely, the “Athar” Council for Families of People of Determination, and the “Nokhbat Al-Desir Youth Council”.

This step comes in line with the Dubai Social Agenda 33 and the Dubai Strategy for People of Determination, with the aim of providing an integrated platform that combines supporting families and empowering youth through advisory and volunteer frameworks that enhance the quality of life and establish the values ​​of inclusion and community sustainability.

Her Excellency Dr. Fatima Al Falasi, Director General of the Association, confirmed that the launch of the two councils embodies the Association’s vision of placing families and youth of determination at the heart of the development and decision-making process. She pointed out that true empowerment stems from providing them with the space to express their needs and participate in designing solutions, stressing that this effort is a strategic investment in their capabilities to be active partners in creating the future.

The “Athar” Council, which is launched under the slogan “With Conscious Families We Make a Sustainable Impact,” aims to empower families cognitively, psychologically, and socially, and build a sustainable support network to exchange experiences and develop services, while the “Elite Al-Himam Youth Council,” under the slogan “Hims Make an Impact… and a Future Led by Empowerment,” seeks to develop the leadership skills of young people, and involve them in designing innovative initiatives and solutions, to enhance their role as influential leaders.

The two councils focus on employing modern technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance community participation and raise indicators of happiness and social integration.

The association aims to enable dozens of families and youth to come up with recommendations that contribute to the development of future services in accordance with the highest standards of governance, while ensuring that sign language interpretation is provided for all sessions to ensure comprehensive interaction for all participants.
