The event includes a high-level conference with the participation of government representatives, developers, financial institutions, economists and experts in the sector, to discuss the future of real estate investment, Abu Dhabi’s growing role as a regional investment center, banking services and real estate expansion, sustainable infrastructure, partial ownership, real estate technology “PropTech”, foreign direct investment, the role of the real estate sector in economic diversification, investment corridors between the UAE and Europe, and the future of real estate brokerage.

The exhibition contributes to supporting the UAE’s efforts towards attracting global investments, promoting economic diversification, expanding cooperation between developers, financial institutions and international investors, in addition to consolidating the country’s position as one of the most dynamic and flexible real estate destinations in the world.
