Mohammed bin Rashid orders the promotion of Tamim Al Muhairi to the rank of lieutenant general… and approves the promotion of 6,526 members of the security services in Dubai
DUBAI, 21 JULY / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, ordered the promotion of Major General Tamim Al Muhairi, Director General of the State Security Service in Dubai, to the rank of Lieutenant General, in appreciation of his sincere efforts and outstanding contributions to strengthening the security system, consolidating the foundations of security and stability, and supporting the process of institutional excellence in the emirate.
His Highness also ordered the promotion of 6,526 members of the State Security Service in Dubai, the General Command of Dubai Police, the General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, and the General Command of Civil Defense in Dubai, in appreciation of their sincere efforts and continuous giving in serving the nation, enhancing community security and safety, and consolidating Dubai’s position as a global model in security, quality of life, and efficiency of government services.
These promotions confirm the wise leadership’s approach to appreciating and motivating national competencies, establishing a culture of excellence and giving, and enhancing the readiness of the security and service agencies to continue performing their national mission efficiently and competently, in keeping with the comprehensive development process witnessed by the Emirate of Dubai.
