The Special Forces of Environmental Security also arrested a citizen violating the environmental system, for committing(6) camels in sites where grazing is prohibited in the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve, and regulatory procedures were applied against them.
The forces confirmed that the penalty for herding camels is a fine of (500) riyals for each camel.
They urged to report any cases that represent an attack on the environment or wildlife on the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom, and all reports will be treated confidentially. Completely without any responsibility on the informant.
