"Ajman businesswomen" He participates in my program "Our summer is happiness" and"Emirates summer"

Ajman, July 26 / WAM / The Ajman Businesswomen Council, affiliated with the Ajman Chamber, is participating in the Ajman Government’s summer program “Our Summer is Happiness” and the “Emirates Summer” programme, by organizing a variety of events and workshops aimed at empowering young women in the industrial and entrepreneurship fields and enhancing their skills in employing artificial intelligence tools.

Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Member of the Board of Directors of the Ajman Chamber and Chairperson of the Ajman Businesswomen Council, stressed the importance of joining efforts to enhance the readiness of young women with the skills and knowledge that qualify them to keep pace with the requirements of the future and prepare a generation capable of creating opportunities linked to their national identity.

She said that the Council’s participation in the two programs aims to develop the participants’ capabilities, enhance their self-confidence, and support their orientations towards the fields of industry, innovation and entrepreneurship, thus contributing to building a creative generation capable of contributing to the process of economic development.

She added that the Council was keen to diversify its training programs, which included organizing two workshops on how to benefit from artificial intelligence tools, in addition to a group of specialized workshops within the industrial empowerment program for female youth, including “a brand building workshop, a seed-to-table workshop, a business dashboard workshop – talent and innovation, a confidence and leadership skills workshop, a sugary touches workshop, and a perfume workshop.”

She stressed that these initiatives constitute a stimulating environment for discovering talents and developing skills, and providing participants with qualitative knowledge and experiences, which contributes to unleashing their creative energies, enhancing their entrepreneurial spirit, and preparing them to contribute effectively to the development process.
