Urgent| 15 medals…the wrestling team’s tally on the first day of the Ibrahim Mustafa tournament
The first day of the Ibrahim Mustafa International Wrestling Championship, which was held from December 6 to 8 at the Police Sports Federation Hall, has ended, with the participation of a large number of teams.
The Egyptian team won 15 various medals, including 4 gold medals, 5 silver medals, and 6 bronze medals.
It won all gold medals. From: “Adham Ayman, 63 kg, Abdul Rahman Omar, 67 kg, Muhammad Hassan, 72 kg, and Fares Aali, 87 kg”.
The opening ceremony of the tournament was held. Today is Saturday, and includes honoring wrestling icons during the ceremony.
The tournament will be held with the participation of 92 players representing 9 countries, including the host country. Egypt, adding that the director of the tournament is Major General Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President of the Federation.
Brigadier Saeed Salah pointed out that the countries participating in the tournament are Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Afghanistan, the United States of America, Russia, China, Bulgaria and Iran.
Egypt participates with 47 players, in addition to 45 players representing… The other eight countries… The championship competitions will be held in the Police Sports Federation hall, studying freestyle and Roman wrestling, and will witness the participation of a large number of male and female players.
