Sharjah is required to show its artistic potential in front of Al-Ahly youth

The coach of the Sharjah team, the Portuguese Jose Moraes, stressed the importance of the confrontation that brings his team together with Shabab Al-Ahly the day after tomorrow, Thursday, in the 15th round of the ADNOC Professional League, describing the match as one of the good and important matches, stressing that it represents an opportunity for the fans to watch a strong confrontation against a competitor with high capabilities and quality.

Moraes stressed that Sharjah is required, within 90 minutes of the match, to demonstrate its technical capabilities against Shabab Al-Ahly, who is at the top of the league table.

Moraes told Emirates Al-Youm, in response to a question about the difficulties his team may face against a strong competitor like Shabab Al-Ahly: “I do not focus on the difficulties, but rather on the possibilities available to us as a team and how to develop ourselves. “I think the match represents a good opportunity for us to play against a strong team like Shabab Al-Ahly.”

The Sharjah coach added, during the introductory press conference for the match, which was held today, Tuesday, at the Sharjah Club: “Although Sharjah is far from the top teams in the league table, it has good technical capabilities, and I seek to develop the way of playing and improve the team’s performance against all the league teams.”

Moraes stressed that he prefers to focus on his team’s capabilities and technical capabilities, before thinking about the competitor, indicating that this approach represents a priority for him at the current stage.
