المملكة: Al-Sheikh presents the Man of the Year Award in Boxing to His Highness the Crown Prince

Turki Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), dedicated the Man of the Year Award in Boxing, granted to him by the World Boxing Council (WBC), to His Highness the Crown Prince, the godfather of the vision, who with his unlimited support placed the Kingdom’s name among the largest countries in the world, and established the best International forums with the latest and strongest specifications and organization.
The World Boxing Council (WBC) awarded the “Man of the Year” award to Counselor Turki bin Abdul Mohsen Al Sheikh, during the awards ceremony held this evening (Monday) in the German city of Hamburg.

The most prominent awards in the world of boxing

In his statement, Counselor Turki Al-Sheikh dedicated this international award to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince.

He said: “His Highness, may God protect him, was our first inspiration and supporter in achieving this achievement, which was achieved for the first time.”
This award is considered one of the most prominent awards in the world of boxing, as it has been received by many prominent figures throughout its history.
Among the names that received this honor are South African President Nelson Mandela, who was awarded the award in 1999, and former United States President Ronald Reagan and Pope Francis in 2019.
