Housing: Selling commercial stores and administrative units in New October City and 10th of Ramadan
A public auction session was held at the headquarters of the New October City Authority, which resulted in the sale of 9 commercial stores in the area of Sector (A) and Al-Suwaiqa, west of the airport, Sectors (A) and (B), an area of 800 acres, and Sector (B), Rabwat October A, with areas ranging from ( 19 m2: 100 m2) and various activities, and 4 administrative units were sold in Market No. 6, Rabwa area. October.
Engineer Mohamed Abdel Maqsoud, head of the city authority, explained that the auction was held in the presence of members of the committee formed from officials of the State Council, the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, and the Financial Affairs Sector of the Urban Communities Authority. In the context – Engineer Alaa Abdullah Mustafa, head of the Tenth of Ramadan City Authority, explained that 5 Commercial stores and a pharmacy with areas ranging from 15 to 45 meters in the commercial market in Plot No. 75, District 4, District 16, in a public bidding session, in the presence of representatives of the State Council, the New Urban Communities Authority, the Ministry of Finance, the agency’s leaders, and the Urban Police.
Plot No. 25B, with an area of 28,479 square meters, was also allocated in the center of the Second District for a commercial market activity. With an annual usufruct licensing system for 5 years, in addition to allocating 4 plots of green flat land in the first district east (neighborhoods 8, 6, 4, 2), with areas ranging between 6,679 and 30,000 square meters, with an annual usufruct licensing system for 3 years, in a public auction.
Engineer Alaa Abdullah Mustafa confirmed that these proposals come within the plan of the city apparatus. To maximize the use of available resources, and expand the base of investment and service activities, thus contributing to creating new job opportunities and strengthening the local economy.
