Conclusion of the Junior Mixed Martial Arts Championship in Dubai

Dubai, December 21 / WAM / The competitions of the ninth edition of the Junior Mixed Martial Arts Championship concluded today, Saturday, at Al Nasr Club in Dubai, amid a large audience.
The bouts witnessed the participation of more than 100 male and female players, competing within a number of age and weight categories approved by the International Federation of the Game, and were characterized by strength, skill and enthusiasm in light of the similar level of competitors.
His Excellency Mohammed Humaid bin Dalmuj Al Dhaheri, Member of the Board of Directors of the UAE Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Federation, praised the distinctive competitive atmosphere witnessed by the tournament, pointing to the professionalism and accuracy in organizing the event and the large public turnout that reflects the development and growth witnessed by the game.
Bin Dalmoj expressed his thanks to Al-Nasr Club for hosting the tournament and providing an ideal competitive environment for the participating athletes, which contributed to highlighting their skills, stressing the importance of cooperation between the federation and the clubs to enhance the presence of this sport locally and internationally, and to consolidate the country’s global leadership in the field of mixed martial arts.
Karl Booth, Adma Academy coach, said that we participated with 45 male and female players in the competitions, and it was a rich experience, as we succeeded in achieving many technical gains, and the players showed great ability to implement the skills that were trained, stressing that the tournament also provided a valuable opportunity to gain experience from Strong competitors, which contributes to enhancing the skills and abilities of players.
