3 UAE aid convoys arrive in the Gaza Strip within "The gallant knight 3"

Rafah, December 29, 2017 (WAM): This week, 3 convoys loaded with various Emirati humanitarian aid crossed into the Gaza Strip through the Egyptian Rafah crossing, as part of the UAE’s efforts to support and provide relief to our Palestinian brothers during the current circumstances and within the “Galant Knight 3” humanitarian operation.
The convoys consist of 28 trucks carrying more than 445 tons of humanitarian aid, including relief materials such as flour, food parcels, winter clothing, and other necessary needs.
This brings the number of aid convoys that entered the Gaza Strip, as part of Operation Gallant Knight 3, to 147 convoys consisting of 2,245 trucks.
Through its humanitarian arm, “The Gallant Knight 3,” the UAE seeks to consolidate its humanitarian and relief role since the outbreak of the crisis in the Gaza Strip. To support the Palestinian brothers, alleviate their suffering, and continue to meet their needs in light of the difficult conditions that the Strip is going through, by implementing relief projects to alleviate the suffering of displaced Palestinian families, in a humanitarian step through which it aims to support the brothers there.
