Urgent| An Egyptian aid plane arrives in Damascus
Today, a civilian cargo plane belonging to EgyptAir arrived carrying 15 tons of relief aid, medicines and food provided by the Egyptian Red Crescent to the Syrian Arab Red Crescent.
The provision of aid comes Relief from the Egyptian people to the Syrian people in the context of keenness to support the brotherly Syrian people and an emphasis on standing by them, in light of the historical popular ties that unite the two brotherly peoples. The aid shipment was received by the Chargé d’Affaires of the Egyptian Embassy in Damascus.
This step comes as a continuation of Egypt’s role in supporting the brotherly Syrian people over the past years, especially in light of its hosting of large numbers. From the brotherly Syrian people in Egypt, and providing all basic services to the Syrian community in Egypt.
