Parliamentarian: President Sisi’s speech outlined the features of economic cooperation between Egypt, Cyprus, and Greece

Representative Karim Sadat, a member of the House of Representatives, confirmed that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s speech at the tripartite summit with Greece and Cyprus laid out clear features for joint economic cooperation between the three countries in vital areas, praising President El-Sisi’s confirmation of the electrical interconnection project between Egypt and Greece, which enhances Of Egypt’s role as a major hub for clean energy, pointing out that this project will have a significant impact in achieving the goals of transition towards a green economy, and will also open new doors for cooperation between participating countries in the fields of Others.

 

Sadat added, in press statements today, that cooperation in the field of natural gas was also central to President Sisi’s speech, as he touched on projects to export Egyptian gas to European markets. Through Cyprus, which reflects a strategic vision to secure the necessary energy supplies in the region and the world, pointing out that this cooperation in the energy sector contributes to enhancing regional stability and increases the ability of the three countries to play an active role in the energy market.
