Zamalek defeats Sporting in the Basketball Super League
The Zamalek club’s first basketball team defeated its counterpart, Sporting, with a score of 87-71, in the match that brought them together this Monday evening at the Sporting Club hall in Alexandria, as part of the second round of the round of 8 of the Super League championship.
Zamalek prevailed in the first period with a score of 26-18, and continued its superiority in the second period with a score of 45-23, and the tie prevailed. With a score of 60-60 in the third period, before Zamalek decided the match in its favor with a score of 87-71 in the fourth period.
Zamalek is scheduled to face its counterpart Heliopolis next Friday, at The last hall in Al-Shorouk, as part of the third round of the 8th round of the Super League Championship.
