Shabab Al-Ahly defeats Al-Rayyan of Qatar and is crowned champion of the Challenge Shield

Doha, January 16 / WAM / Shabab Al-Ahly won the “Challenge Shield” title after defeating Al-Rayyan of Qatar 3-1 this evening at Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium in Doha, within the matches of the UAE-Qatari Football Super Cup in its second edition.

Shabab Al-Ahly took the lead in the 28th minute through Youri Cesar, Al Rayyan equalized with friendly fire in the 41st minute, Serdar Azmoun added the second goal for Shabab Al-Ahly in the 52nd minute, and Bala strengthened with the third in the 97th minute.
