Officially… Egypt joins the 2025 international judo map

Mohamed Motie, President of the Egyptian Judo, Aikido and Sumo Federation, signed with Mr. Sitani Randriana, President of the African Judo Federation, contracts to host three tournaments for the qualifying Grand Prix in Judo for the year 2025, in a new achievement for Egyptian sports.

The contracts included hosting the African Open Championship for adults, one of the Grand Prix tournaments, in addition to the African Open Championship for youth and juniors, and the Champions League tournament. For individual and team champion clubs.

 

This comes within the framework of the vision of the Federation’s Board of Directors, headed by Mohamed Motie, to restore Egyptian judo to its international status once again, and to provide international experience and participation for Egyptian players and referees.
