With this victory, the Egyptian national team raised its score to 6 points from three consecutive victories, to lead its eighth group, which includes the teams of Argentina, Bahrain, And Croatia.
The Pharaohs began their journey in the tournament with a major victory over Argentina with a score of 39-25, followed by a strong victory over Bahrain with a score of 35-24.

The 2025 World Handball Championship will be held jointly this year between Croatia, Denmark, and Norway, during the period from January 14 to 2 February.
The teams ranked first and second from each group qualify for the main round, which consists of 4 groups, each containing 6 teams.
