United club renewed its confidence in its Italian coach, Andrea Pirlo, denying what was said during the past days regarding his future with the team and his move to coach the Italian national team.

The club confirmed in an official statement that all reports circulating about his departure are baseless.

The club said that Pirlo has the full support of club president Elie Cibano, along with the board of directors, the technical staff and the players, indicating that the Italian coach is fully committed to continuing his mission with the team, while the management is committed to his continuity and continues to support his technical project.

The statement explained that the club is currently focusing on preparing to play its first season in the professional league, after the historic achievement achieved last season by ascending to the top flight, pointing out that the current stage represents a new station in United’s journey, and that efforts are focused on preparing the team optimally to present a season worthy of the club’s ambitions.

United also invited its fans and football fans in Dubai to support the team during its upcoming journey, and to come to the matches, to be part of its journey in its first appearance in the ADNOC Professional League.

The statement comes to put an end to the speculation that has recently been raised about Pirlo’s future, and confirms that technical stability represents one of the basic pillars of the project that the club is working to consolidate, after achieving its historic rise to the professional league.
