The Council said in a statement on the occasion of International Education Day, which falls on the twenty-fourth of January of each year, that obtaining a comprehensive educational environment that provides equal opportunities to access education is a basic and inherent right for every individual, especially in areas that suffer from conflicts, wars, conflicts, and increasing rates of education.
