The Quranic Forum of Directors and Imams of Religious Affairs was held in Mecca, as part of the activities accompanying the tenth international competition in memorizing the Holy Quran for the military.

The Quranic Forum

The Director General of the General Administration of Religious Affairs of the Armed Forces, the general supervisor of the tenth international competition in memorizing the Holy Quran for the military, Major General Misfer bin Hassan Al -Issa, said that the forum represents an extension of the Kingdom’s blessed efforts in enhancing the status of the Holy Qur’an, serving and preserving its people, creating his morals, and following his gift .

In the first sessions of the Quranic Forum, the imam and preacher of the Sacred Mosque, Sheikh Maher bin Hamad Al -Muaqali, addressed the moral values ​​and the importance of following the example of the biography of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.

Religious education curricula

While the Director General of the General Administration of Religious Affairs of the Armed Forces, Major General Misfer bin Hassan Al -Issa, dealt with, in the second session, the doctrine of loyalty and the necessity of obedience to the Saudi soldier in the light of the Qur’an and the Sunnah and the necessity of adhering to it and consolidating it within the curricula of religious education and moral guidance.

In the third session, the Director General of the General Administration of Guidance and Guidance at the Ministry of Interior, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al -Saadan, spoke about the Kingdom’s efforts in serving the Holy Qur’an in the Ministry of Interior, while the head of the Guidance and Guidance Authority at the Ministry of National Guard, Sheikh Abdul Hakim bin Muhammad Al -Ajlan, has highlighted the Kingdom’s efforts in Service of the Holy Quran in the Ministry of National Guard.

The meanings of the Noble Qur’an

Within the forum’s sessions, the advisor at the Royal Court, a member of the Council of Senior Scholars, Sheikh Saleh bin Abdullah bin Humaid, gave a lecture entitled “The Decade Building in the Holy Quran”, while the Vice -Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Quranic Readers Association, Sheikh Abdullah bin Muhammad Al -Jarallah, spoke about the methodology of recitation and its impact on understanding The meanings of the Noble Qur’an and its meanings.

The activities of the forum were completed, with a lecture delivered by the head of religious affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al -Sudais, in which he focused on the topic of “Quality in the Qur’an”, followed by a session in which the Imam of the Prophet’s Mosque, a member of the teaching staff at the University of Taibah, Sheikh Muhammad bin Ahmed Barhji, ”was completed by the Quranic performance And its effect on the meaning.

In the seventh session, the supervisor of the affairs of the imams, muezzins, guidance and guidance at the Grand Mosque, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al -Souli, addressed the “Experience of the Great Mosque of Mecca”, while the Undersecretary of Religious Affairs at the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al -Khudairi, dealt with “the experience of the civil campus.”

The last sessions of the forum focused on “People of the Qur’an” delivered by a faculty member at King Fahd Security College, Sheikh Abdul Salam bin Muhammad Al -Shuwayer, followed by a lecture by the advisor in the Royal Court, a member of the Council of Senior Scholars, Sheikh Saad bin Nasser Al -Shathri, entitled “Supplication in the Qur’an”.
