Ahmed bin Saeed is looking to strengthen cooperation with the President of the Middle East Air

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Supreme President of the CEO of the Emirates Airlines and the group, received in his office in the Emirates Group yesterday, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director General of the Middle East Air Company, Mohamed Abdel Rahman Al -Hout, where they reviewed ways to enhance joint cooperation between the two carriers, and exchanged views On the developments of the aviation sector, challenges and opportunities available in the region.

During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed praised the great efforts made by the Middle East Airlines, appreciating its pivotal role during the recent crisis in Lebanon. His Highness stressed that the Lebanese national carrier was the vital artery that kept Lebanon connected to the world, which enabled the Lebanese at home and abroad to maintain communication and movement under the difficult circumstances.

The meeting also touched on the importance of enhancing cooperation between the two carriers, in a way that contributes to supporting the aviation sector in the region, and enhancing the air linking between regional and international markets, as they exchanged views on the latest developments in the air transport industry, and the importance of adopting innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

This visit comes within the framework of the close relations that link Emirates Airlines and “Middle East Air”, and reflects their joint commitment to providing global level services to travelers, and enhancing the links of cooperation in the aviation sector in order to achieve the common interests of both sides.
