The Speaker of the Senate, Counselor Abdel Wahab Abdel Razek, referred today, Sunday, the report of the joint committee on a study entitled & quot; the role of startups and entrepreneurship in promoting economic development – opportunities and challenges for the Egyptian economy & quot; to the President of the Republic, after the Council agreed to the report and recommendations It is mentioned in it. & nbsp; ; To determine the most prominent challenges facing startups and Egyptian entrepreneurs, in addition to the difficulties that may prevent the creation of the supportive investment environment for the existing startups, and to attract more foreign and pioneering investments for this vital sector.
He added that the study ended in the recommendation With the necessity of issuing a law legislation to create a national council for entrepreneurship, it is responsible for formulating relevant policies and legislation, dismantling the current tangles, coordination and integration of this important file, in a manner that guarantees sustainability and stability in supporting startups and entrepreneurs in Egypt, and building on the ministerial initiatives and decisions issued by the executive authority And the Egyptian government during the recent period, by establishing the Leadership Unit, the ministerial group, the coordination group, which is concerned with this file.
